Third Course: 2014 “Le Coursier” Merlot Blend paired with sous-vide Pork Loin, Duck fat, Hen of the Woods, Kentucky Caviar

Fourth Couse: 2014 “Trentanaire” Petite Verdot paired with Blueberry Panzanella and Goat cheese
