Lorenzo (Casadei) will be pouring both from his Olianas Estate in Sardinia and the Tenuta Casadei project of wines including those made in Amphora (Terra Cotta pots) .  Casadei specializes in the biointegrale method, which is very similar to biodynamic wine making elsewhere.  Stefano will be pouring 4-5 wines and be doing table side education.  Cannonau for example is Italian for Grenache and his Super Tuscan Wines from Tuscany will feature Sangiovese (Chianti Grape - classic Tuscan) blended with Bordeaux Grapes (like Cab/ Merlot and Petite Verdot).
